HART’s job board and CRNA-facing pages create a channel for CRNAs to discover HART’s private locum interest list. That gives HART a way to identify CRNAs who may already be open to specific locations, shift types, case types, and dates.
Locum matching is handled separately from standard no-cost job posting. It is a paid HART service, but it is intentionally designed to be far more cost-conscious than traditional locum recruitment options.
